Information on personal data and processing methods

Upon your request to contact the company via the contact form we process your name, surname, email and phone number. We need this data in order to acquire more data necessary for further communication.

Contact form

The contact form used to establish contact with our company is, according to GDPR, in legitimate interest of the operator. In this case, we process your data for a maximum of 15 days – in order to prepare a response to your request.

Right to withdraw your consent anytime

You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing your data concerning the Contact form at any time by contacting us at info@stmpower.eu.
Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on the consent you gave prior to its withdrawal.

Voluntary provision of data

Provision of your personal data is voluntary. If you wish for us to contact you and reply to your message, we will need your email or other type of contact.
Failure to provide your email will only result in us not being able to contact you back, there are no other consequences.

Information storage / security

We use standard security measures under the law to protect the personal information that has been provided to us, but due to the nature of the service, the method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage might not be completely secure. Therefore, even though we have taken all reasonable actions to ensure the security of your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We do not disclose, share or make your personal information available for third parties, except for the instances noted below. Within our technical capabilities, we protect them from damage, destruction, loss and misuse.

How do we care about the security of your personal information?

We do not use personal information for automated individual decision making or profiling. Neither do we transfer personal data to third countries (outside the EU).

This website requires a server and web hosting to ensure its operation. For this purpose we cooperate with our partner: EXO TECHNOLOGIES spol. s.r.o., with its registered office at Košická 6, 821 09 Bratislava, Business ID: 36 485 161

Your rights

The processing of personal data is governed by Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments and supplements to certain acts, as amended; from 25 May 2018 Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain laws. If we process your personal data, you have the following rights:

• right to request access to personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR) concerning your person,

• right to rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR) your personal data,

• right to delete (Article 17 of the GDPR) your personal data

• right to restriction (Article 18 of the GDPR) of processing of your personal data,

• right to object (Article 21 of the GDPR) to processing your personal data, as well as

• right to portability (Article 20 of the GDPR) of your personal data,

• right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority – the right to file a motion to initiate proceedings under Section 100 of the Act.
